  • 200 g (7 oz.) chicken breast(1 piece)
  • 10 cm (4 in.) length Japanese long onion(minced)
  • 30 g (1.1 oz.) pizza cheese
  • 4 salad leaves

(A)

  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken in half lengthwise, then slice up diagonally. Add (A) and massage in.
  2. Put down aluminum grill foil, lay out (1) and cook over strong flame for about 4 minutes. Turn over and cook further for 1 minute.
  3. Sprinkle green onions and cheese over the chicken and cook for a further 2 to 3 minutes until grilled to golden.
  4. Place on a plate and garnish with the salad leaves.
