Egg and Bean Sprout Stir Fry
Topped in a delicious garlic soy sauce.

Ingredients
- 200 g (7.1 oz.) bean sprouts
- 2 eggs(small)
- a dash salt
- a dash pepper
- 4 stalks green onion(slender)
- 2 tsp sesame oil
(A)
- 1 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- a small amount garlic(grated)
Instructions
- (1) Rinse the bean sprouts well and place in a strainer, then dry off well. Cut the green onion into small pieces.
(2) Heat a fry pan and spread out the sesame oil. Stir-fry the bean sprouts and lightly season with salt and pepper. Add in the beaten egg and stir-fry together quickly over high heat.
(3) Arrange (2) onto a plate, mix together (A) and pour on to season, then sprinkle on the green onions.
