Egg and Bean Sprout Stir Fry

Topped in a delicious garlic soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 200 g (7.1 oz.) bean sprouts
  • 2 eggs(small)
  • a dash salt
  • a dash pepper
  • 4 stalks green onion(slender)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil

(A)

  • 1 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • a small amount garlic(grated)

Instructions

  1. (1) Rinse the bean sprouts well and place in a strainer, then dry off well. Cut the green onion into small pieces.
    (2) Heat a fry pan and spread out the sesame oil. Stir-fry the bean sprouts and lightly season with salt and pepper. Add in the beaten egg and stir-fry together quickly over high heat.
    (3) Arrange (2) onto a plate, mix together (A) and pour on to season, then sprinkle on the green onions.
