Subject: New MRP effective with immediate effect

Dear Channel Partner, 

As you are aware, the Government of India announced the changes to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) rates following the 56th GST Council meeting, and Kikkoman India's products shall have the following new MRP prices, please be informed.

During the GST MRP transition, packs with both old and new MRPs may be available in the market.

This notice is published in compliance with statutory requirements.

In case of any error, oversight, discrepancy in the displayed MRP or GST applicability, we remain committed to rectifying the same in accordance with the law.

Please also note that from 22 September 2025, the relevant stipulated GST percentage change to the lower rate has already been implemented on all invoices from Kikkoman India Private Limited.
