Cornflake Baked Chicken

Ingredients
- 150 g (5.3 oz.) chicken(breast, thigh, etc.)
- as desired salt
- 1/3 clove garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
- 90 ml (3 fl. oz.) milk
- 75 g (2.6 oz.) cornflakes
Instructions
- (1) Cut the chicken into large bite-size pieces, then rub with salt and garlic. Sprinkle on soy sauce and set aside for 15 minutes.
(2) Soak the chicken in the milk, then coat with the roughly crushed cornflakes.
(3) Cover a cooking tray with aluminum foil, then bake the chicken in a 180 ℃ (356 ℉) oven for 10 minutes until browned and cooked through.
